Baltimore County buyers have more homes to choose from and slightly lower prices — but sellers who price it right are still selling above asking.
Compared to this time last year, more homes are hitting the market and the median sales price has dipped, while pending and closed sales have slowed as buyers take more time to weigh their options. Even so, well-priced homes are still drawing multiple offers.
