Howard County continues to move fast — homes are still finding buyers in well under a month, and both inventory and prices are ticking upward heading into the fall.
Compared to this time last year, Howard County saw more homes hit the market in August, more of them close, and prices creep higher — though buyers are getting a few more days on average to make a decision before a home goes under contract.
