James Weston Bimstefer, better known as "Weston" has been surrounded by real estate and business my entire life. From going to work with my Dad, Jim Bim, for father son work day while in elementary & middle school, to renovating homes and now owning real estate myself. It started with my grandmother always teaching me to be kind and always tell the truth because eventually they will find out you were not truthful. This is a skill my Dad continues to reinforce in me every day. As well as a great work ethic, positive mindset and above all, great customer service for our clients. I am a constant learner and have a real estate coaching service, Mike Ferry Organization, who trains us through weekly coaching calls and seminars to better improve our service and strategies to get the most for your home and in a timely manner!
Before joining the workforce with my family, I played Division III lacrosse for Hood College in Frederick, MD where I was named team captain by my peers and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus in Information Systems Management and a minor in Computer Science. I then went on to play Division II lacrosse for Lenoir Rhyne University where I also graduated and received my master’s in business administration ( MBA ). Both schools left me with many great and different life lessons. Going to Hood and playing lacrosse there taught me how to be a leader, a coach and work with my peers towards a common goal. At Lenoir Rhyne, they taught me what it really means to truly work hard and dedicate yourself to become a champion and to have blind faith in your teammates knowing they have your back.

When I am not selling real estate, I spend time coaching lacrosse and have several former players of mine playing at all levels of collegiate lacrosse. I still play in a men’s league after work hours for Crooked Crabs Lacrosse Club. I also donate my time to several charities throughout the, such as the save a limb fund, one love and more. I also enjoy the outdoors hiking, fishing, etc. (when I allow myself time off).
I look forward to hearing from you soon how I can help you achieve the goal of buying and / or selling real estate!
