I contacted Jim on a Tuesday evening and we must have talked for close to an hour. Keep in mind that Jim did not know if I was going to sign with him or not, however he patiently answered every single one of my questions and by the time I hung up the phone, I knew Jim Bim would be our new realtor. Jim met with us on a Saturday afternoon. This gentleman was prepared, courteous, informative, and very honest. By the end of the meeting, we had signed a contract and Jim had taken the most amazing pictures of our property. I was so impressed with just a few minor staging adjustments (recommended by Jim) how much different a house can look when a real professional knows what to do because as we learned, the way you live in a home and the way you sell a home for top dollar are not the same.
Jim had our house on the following Friday and priced within one hundred dollars of our previous list price. That weekend we had 7 showings (they all showed up) and by Tuesday afternoon we had an offer on the house. Amazing, Jim was able to do for us in 5 days what one of those “large” companies were not able to do in 6 months. Plus, Jim was there through the whole process. I have never seen someone go above and beyond that way that Jim did. I do not know how he does it but what ever he does it really works. If it weren’t for Jim Bim I would be stuck in my old home and out a whole lot of money. If you need to sell your property and want an honest dependable person I HIGHLY recommend Jim Bim.
